The Codix Academy is a quarterly capacity development initiative by Codix Pharma Ltd, designed to promote technical and technological proficiency in a bid to improve health service delivery, within clinical and medical laboratory settings.

Codix Academy is one of the many ways we contribute to improving the health of the nation, more importantly, the Nigerian healthcare delivery system.
Effective (and on time) diagnosis plays a major role in promoting healthy individuals. The role of Codix through the Academy is to support stakeholders within the healthcare system, with knowledge and resources required to make accurate diagnosis and continuously provide test results for improved management.
We have three main goals

Build capacity for 500 healthcare professionals by year 2026

The Faculty
This resource platform is equipped with a faculty made up of members from the medical laboratory science council of Nigeria (MLSCN) and renowned manufacturers within the innovative medical diagnostics space.
Through a combination of videos, webinars, and e-learning modules, we provide answers on practical issues being faced within the laboratory setting and share thoughts and perspectives from experts in the diagnostics space.
