Mr. Sammy Ogunjimi
Samson Olugbenga Ogunjimi graduated from Ogun State University (now Olabisi Onabanjo University) in 1987 with BSc. (Hons) Industrial Chemistry (Second Class Upper) and worked with a Lagos based chemical company as a Production Supervisor before traveling to the United Kingdom in 1990. He completed his MSc in Analytical Chemistry at University of Greenwich, London in 1996. Began his pharmaceutical sales career in the UK in 1997 with Pharmacia & Upjohn (now part of Pfizer), Janssen Cilag and finally with Merck Pharmaceuticals (all in the United Kingdom) in various roles including, territory manager,
Regional Development Manager, during which he initiated (with the help of a Heart Failure Nurse Consultant at The London Chest Hospital) a Diploma course in Heart Failure Management for Nurses, Level 3 Pathway to a Degree Course at City University, London, and finally Senior Regional Business Manager (a position he held for 5 years heading the London Business).
He won among many other awards the prestigious Merck’s ‘2006 Best Regional Business Manager Award’.

Limited in 2008, Codix Healthcare (Ghana) Limited in 2013, Codix Healthcare (Sierra Leone)
Limited in 2017 and Codix Pharma (UK) Limited in 2018, employing over 70 staff worldwide.
Codix Pharma Limited is one of the fastest growing pharmaceutical companies in Nigeria with over 50 NAFDAC registered products. He is also a co-founder and Executive Vice-Chairman of The Colexa Group of Manufacturing Companies (comprising of Colexa Biosensor (Nigeria) Limited, Colexa Healthcare (Nigeria) Limited and Colexa Pharmaceuticals (Nigeria) Limited).
Sammy made a Honourary Pharmacist & Member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria in 2017 in recognition of his contribution to the Pharmaceutical Industry. He is currently the Vice
President, Nigerian Representatives of Overseas Pharmaceutical Manufacturers (NIROPHARM).
A member of the Association of British Pharmaceutical Industry (ABPI), Chartered Institute of
Marketing (CIM) UK, Royal Society of Chemistry UK, and Britain Nigeria Association (now
Britain-Nigeria Educational Trust). Sammy serves on several boards of companies and organisations including Zamog Limited and Ultra Logistics Limited and he is a Pioneer member & Trustee of Triumphant Church International, UK & Olabisi Onabanjo University Faculty of Science Alumni Association (OOUFSAA). He was recently appointed onto the Management Board of Olabisi Onabanjo Teaching Hospital (OOUTH) by the Executive Governor of Ogun State Government. Sammy is the Immediate Past President of The Collectives Club, Sagamu, and a member of Remo Growth & Development Foundation (RemoGDF), where he serves as the Head of the Health
Sammy is happily married to Elizabeth, his wife of 28 years and are both blessed with a son, Oluwatobiloba. He loves reading and playing chess & table tennis in his spare times.

Mr. Kingsley Aguoru
Mr. Kingsley Aguoru graduated from the University of Ibadan in 1990 with a B. Pharma (Hons) degree. After completing his national service in 1992, he joined Christlieb Plc as a management trainee and rose to the position of assistant manager (production) where he was principally involved in manufacturing and operations activities.
In a career that has spanned nearly thirty(30) years; he has also worked for lifeline Pharma ltd (1996-1998), Servetek Engineering Ltd 1998-2002 and Jumez pharmaceuticals ltd from where he joined Codix Pharma ltd as General Manager in January 2008 and was appointed to the board in 2009.
In addition to having a degree in pharmacy, Mr. Aguoru also holds masters degree in industrial relations (MILR 1999) and Business Administration (MBA, 2005). His professional affiliations include membership of the pharmaceutical society of Nigeria PSN, Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM). He is married with children

Mrs. Mary Ogangwu
Mary Izegbua Ogangwu graduated from the University of Lagos in 2004 with a BSc. (Hons) in Pharmacy. She worked at the Lagos State General Hospital as a pharmacist and later joined Innovative Medical Services (IMS) Hospital, Lekki. Mary completed her MBA at the Lagos Business School in 2011, after which she began her business development career with CODIX PHARMA Ltd.
Her diligence and competency earned her the
opportunity to feature in various roles, which include, Regulatory Officer, Product/Business
Development Manager, Superintendent Pharmacist, Head of Business Development, and (Acting)
Managing Director, Codix Healthcare Sierra Leone Ltd (a position which she has held since 2017). She
currently also serves as the Director of Marketing.
She is an astute professional with extensive experience and knowledge in marketing and has been able to achieve outstanding results for the organizations she has worked with. Mary is happily married with three daughters.

Mr. Enitan Odeyemi
Enitan has led an impressive career in a variety of roles in sales, marketing, market access and development within the biotech, medical devices, and biopharmaceutical space.In his 20 years working in the Biopharma industry,He has won several pharmaceutical industry awards including Rep of the year, Account of the Year UK/EU, Pharmatimes UK best Regional Innovation Award and the prestigious Chairman’s Circle Award.
Enitan graduated from Royal Holloway, University of London in 2002 with BSc (Hons) Biochemistry for Management.He has extensive sales and marketing experience in Oncology, Dermatology, Neurology, Nephrology, Endocrinology, Virology, Cardiometabolic and medical devices. He started his career in Pharmaceutical sales as a Medical Sales Representative in 2003 at Merck EMD Pharmaceuticals UK where he rose through the ranks serving in various capacities to become the Key Account Manager. In 2011,he moved to Bristol Myers Squibb Pharmaceuticals UK as a therapy account specialist(virology).
In 2012, he worked in Codix Pharma Nigeria as a business development manager before returning to the United Kingdom to join the Roche Oncology Team. Between 2014 and 2021,he served as regional account manager and then brand Lead in Amgen UK before making his return back to Nigeria in 2021 as the Head of Sales at Codix Pharma Limited. Serving as the Sales Lead at Codix Pharma Limited, Enitan plays a major role in achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team, designing and implementing strategic sales plans that expand the company’s customer base and revenue while ensuring its strong presence in the market. He is a PRINCE2 Certified practitioner, Associate of Chartered institute of Marketing (Professional Diploma), British school of computing (BSC) ISEB foundation certified in Business Analysis, and a certified member of ABPI (Association of British Pharmaceutical industry).

Mr. Olusola Oluwole
Sola graduated with HND in Accountancy from the Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti in 2003, He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). Sola is a highly motivated, dynamic, and passionate person with over 10 years Post qualification experience in finance and accounts, tax management and audit practice. He joined the service of Codix Pharma Limited on 1st April 2014 after working as Senior Audit Manager at Biobaku Awoderu Sobayo & Co, a firm of Chartered Accountants from 2011 to March 2014. He is happily married with kids.

Mrs. ADENIKE ODUJOKO
Adenike Odujoko has over 16 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, and Supply Chain Management. She is currently the AGM, Commercial and Regulatory Affairs at Codix Pharma Ltd. Adenike joined Codix Pharma Ltd in 2015 as a Product Manager. Her working career started at Reals Pharmaceuticals Ltd where she worked as a Medical Representative, from there, she joined Codix Pharma Ltd as a Product Manager and then went on a few years later to head the Commercial and Regulatory Affairs Unit.
She is involved in the end-to-end process of Supply Chain Management, Interfacing with foreign partners, suppliers, and relevant Government regulatory agencies to ensure that company products are constantly available.
Adenike has attended several training courses on Sales and Marketing Management, Relationship Management, Supply Chain Management, Medical Logistics amongst other certifications. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology from the University of Lagos and Masters in Business Administration (MBA, Marketing specialization) from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. She is a Certified International Trade and Logistics Specialist (CITLS), a Certified International Trade Manager (CITM). She is a member of the African Centre for Supply Chain (ACSC).
Her hobbies are reading, writing, and travelling. She is happily married with children.

Mr. Adeyemi Ajala
Adeyemi Ajala ACIPM, HRPL, APA,, AOPN Yemi is a ‘Strategic Human Resources Generalist with skill in Forensic Psychophysiology, Business Process, Value Optimization and Risk Management with many years professional experience in managing Human Resources Management & Advisory, Learning and Development, and Business Administration &Processes. His experience garnered across Security industry, FMCG, Consulting Firms, Health within national and multinational related firm.
A graduate of University of Ilorin with BSc in Geography, a National Diploma in Accounting from Kwara State Polytechnic before proceeding for higher knowledge at America Institute of Polygraph to study Forensic Psychophysiology. He is a member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria, Association of Outsourcing Professionals of Nigeria (AOPN), American Polygraph Association. He is alumnus member of University of Ilorin, America International Institute of Polygraph.
